does any body know how long it takes to get out of your home in the state of massachusetts when foreclosure begings i am going into proceedings as o 9/15 and i do not have a buyer for my house

Have a lawyer? He should know how to stall it abit. I know people in other states that havestalled it for a year or longer.

There are brokers who will buy your house forcash, quick settlement. However, they may notgive you quite the price you ask. I am in CT but regardless of how long it takes inMA there are legal and ethical strategies toeliminate or minimize the damage to your finances(deficiency judgment) and credit even if you owemore than it is worth.
