Question : I have bad credit but I need a loan for college?
i have bad credit, but right now i'm trying to do better for me and my daughter so im going to college, I need to get matterials for school like a (laptop) so i don't have that kind of money. I try to do couple Bad Credit LOans and they still turn me off so what can i do?im doing a distence learning program to a community college thats why I can't get a financial aid help

Go to sallemae.com. They handle most educationalloans. You should also apply for Pell grants. Talk to the financial aid office at the collegeyou want to attend (they all have one) and theycan help you out.

You should still be able to get student loans withyour bad credit. Just fill out the FAFSA form andturn it in to your college. What you do is max outyour loans so you can get a refund check.

I have terrible credit, but was able to get astudent loan thru the financial aide office at thecollege. You should be able too, unless you havehad one in the past & are on academic probation orsomething...have you talked to them? My check isdue in today.

You can get the federal stafford loan with badcredit, or the perkins loan. You can also qualifyfor grants like the pell grant. As far as needinga computer, dell will finance people with badcredit. Contact the financial aid office at theschool you want to go to. You can get lots of aidand loans with bad credit.
