Here's where some CC companies get you. All ofthem offer great rewards POTENTIAL. Sorry for thecaps but it's important. The truth is you have tofind out what the qualifying purchases are. Thebest ones are the cards you get points for payingyour utility bill and gas. Most people have tobuy gas and have utility payments why not use yourcard and get the points. Just save the money younormally do for those payments and send it to theCC.

I'm going to build off the first reply thatsuggested getting a credit card that pays yourewards on the spending that you would normallyhave on gasoline and utilities. There are all kindsof rewards cards that pay different rewardspercentages (between 1% and 6%) in many differentcategories of spending -- gas, grocery, drugs, restaurants, home improvement, office supplies, travel, utilities, etc.The best card for you willdepend on how much you spend in those variousrewards categories.
