Question : URGENT HELP NEEDED!!! What is the best source for a quick cash loan to refinance an overdrawn account?
Also, would it be okay to go to the same bank with the checking account (Bank of America) and ask for a cash loan. I need about $200, but I don't have much credit or a job at this point and the bank is going to close my account and report me to an account verification system in slightly less than a week if I don't fully repay them, which would seriously damage my financial future. I am looking to use excess student loan money to repay the cash loan. Any ideas would greatly be appreciated!!!

I do not think the bank would give you a loan. Ifyou cant get a pay day loan because you dont workI would suggest having them close the account andpay it when you can. It might put a mark on yourcredit for a short time, but you dont work so whatdo you aspect?

200.00 - do you have a family member or friend youcan borrow from. You have got to get yourfinances together so this doesn't happen again. You need to get yourself on a budget. Have youheard of Dave Ramsey - go to his web-site. Heoffers free budget forms

Call the bank and talk to a customer servicerepresentative and explain your situation to them, they might understand and hold off closing youraccount or they might extend you a little moretime if you know when you are getting your studentloan. DO NOT get a payday loan or a quick loan totake care of this. You will end up spending moremoney than you want to to begin with. Talk toyour bank and see if you can't come to some sortof agreement.

VERY BAD IDEA to go to the same bank. Anywhere yougo to get a loan they will check your credit andsay no. I don't know much about student loans, butthat doesn't really sound good either. Your bestbet is probably a very good friend or a familymember, unless you don't want any embarrassment orburnt bridges. You may need to pawn a few items.Itsounds bad but when they check your credit theywill not give you any money. You might also trythose cash till payday places, but usually thoseare a bad idea too, since you will still owe themoney, plus interest.

Banks won't give you a loan for $200 (at least notin the US. Grameen bank does it in Bangladesh). Too much paperwork for too little profit. I had aboss who was literally a millionaire, and hecouldn't get a $2000 loan for Christmas (in 1993). He took an advance on a credit card.
