Question : credit card?
im planning to go out of the country, but i have a credit card problem which is im not paying for it for like 2 years,would the credit card compay would hold me? or would they file legal case against me because of my credit card and wouldnt able to go out of the country?was this happening due to credit card problems?

Answer #2 The credit card company won't know you're planningto leave the country! Even if they did know, theycan't stop you, unless they first sue you and geta court order saying you can't leave. But it ishighly unlikely that any judge would grant such anorder for a credit card debt.Yes, they could sueyou in court for the debt.
