Can you please help? Do you know of any mortgage brokers that can do a refinance without a credit check. I am not a deadbeat, but have been trying to pay medical billls and got behind on my mortgage and would like to refinance. Please do not reply to call me "deadbeat", loser, etc. I really need help, and don't know what to do. Thank you kindly for your time.

Things are getting tighter due to sub-primemortgage woes. I think it would be great if youcould do that, are you self-employed? If not youmay want to look at creditloanapproved.com as theyput me in touch with the right people to take careof my loan, and my credit was not too good.GoodLuck!

We kept our home by making McDonalds a rareadventure, watching every dollar, and getting anyextra income we could scavenge.Getting someone toloan you big chunks of money without checking yourcredit isn't happening with an honest company thatwon't try to get your house away from you.Gettinga refi when you have a low rating and poor debt toincome ratio is even harder than getting amortgage in thatsituation.------------------------------------------------------------------------------We had beenable to keep our payments current for a year aftermy wife returned to college and her income droppedto half of previous. Rates had dropped enough todrop the payments we would have to makesignificantly. The company that gave us theoriginal mortgage, and sold it, would not refi forus because of decreased income even though we hadnot increased our other debt and were current onmortgage payments. Keeping the house was a toughjob, but, we did it.
