If you have the credit history and income toqualify for a loan, then the best place to get oneis a Credit Union or Bank in that order. And onceyou have setup an account with them, most willprovide online access to loan status informationand to the loan application process. If you startwith an online "no credit check outfit you areworking with a liar right from the beginning. They do check your credit - unless they are notever going to give you a loan because their scamis to get you to pay a loan application fee oradvance interest before you have received any loanproceeds and then never give you the loan.Unlessyou personally know someone (face to face -Internet "knowing" doesn't count) who has had agood experience with a particular online site stayaway from them and use a Credit Union or Bank -you know where to find them.Incidentaly, if youcomplete an application for a loan or credit cardthat says it has been preapproved, your credithistory will still be checked after theapplication is received and your application willbe handled the same as an unsolicitatedapplication.
