Answer #3 A lot of scammers answered your question (nowreported), so, here are some tips for determiningwhether a loan is legitimate or a scam:1) Theydon't use a free email address (yahoo, gmail, hotmail, live, etc) 2) They have a secure websiteyou can go to to fill out their application (thisisn't 100%... do a search with the company + fraudand also + scam... and check the BBB)3) They don'trequire ANY fees upfront. Any fees will come outof proceeds of the loan (scammers want their feesvia Western Union or Moneygram)4) They have a REALaddress you can send mail to5) They have a REALphone number, not a cel phone 6) Look at theirprofile - usually created in the last 48 hours. Why? Because they get reported for this, yahoodeletes the accounts, so they just open a new oneand send again until they are deleted once more!7)If you're STILL not convinced, despite one or moreof the above applying, check them out foryourself: http://www.nextwebsecurity.com/LocationTools.aspallows you to search for their IP... turn on yourfull headers and check each one of the IP's intheir email to you! Or check the data base at: http://www.419legal.org/ ...if nothing shows up,post your email under: http://www.419legal.org/fradulent-email/ and aprofessional will check them out for you...(please include FULL headers minus your personalinformation)... Once you've checked them and areconvinced they are scammers, please forward a copyof their "loan application" to abuse@yahoo.com,abuse@hotmail.com, etc - answered by The_Nest
Answer #4 Sarah C, Be careful if you need to apply for anonline cash advance. Each state has differentregulations, and I'm not sure about rules andregulations. Maybe you can find a local cashadvance office so you can get help before takingout the loan. http://www.howtogetcashadvance.com/Instant-Payday-Loan.html - answered by Asberry N
