Question : Where can I get a bad credit auto loan without phonecalls from dealerships?
I'm interested in a private loan company that specializes in bad credit auto loans. I do not want the type of loan where they refer you to 20 different dealers. I already have a vehicle in mind through a private seller. How can I just get a bad credit auto loan that has no referrals for dealers???ThanksScotts Lisa, you're a SCAM artist! Since you have bad credit, you can go to a localCredit Union. See what they are offering. Also tryBank of America. They have super attractive ratesfor good credit. So they likely have reasonablerates for you.Also you can give the VIN number ofthe car you have in mind & whatever price you &Seller agreed. That will make sure you are notdirected to the Dealers. The banks usually don'tunless you ask.Good Luck.

Your best bet is to try a couple of onlinelenders. I have used lendingtree.com before andthey were very good. You fill out one applicationand they shop it to 4 lenders who are likely toapprove you. If Lendingtree does not get anapproval, go to capitalone.com or drivetime.com.Istress to only go to Drive or Cap AFTER applyingat lendingtree. The last 2 specialize in badcredit loans, and will hit you with a higherinterest loan. If Lendingtree cannot get anapproval, they are the next-to-last choice.
