Banks are the only place I know of. I would justget credit cards. I did that w/ Target and wasable to shop online instantly.

Don't be stupid. Getting in to debt to buypresents is ridiculous. If your girlfriend lovesyou, she won't want you to get into $1,000 ofdebt, if she doesn't, she's not worth a $1,000gift!Tell her you're short on cash, and you can'tafford anything really expensive, but instead,buy/make something cheap that has some thoughtbehind it.
