How is the best way to refinance or should I do a loan modification? An who would be the best place for this?

you're kidding right?Did you learn nothing frombankruptcy?You need to get a second job (orthird)! cut out all uneeded expenses. Do youhave a cell phone? Cable? Internet? A carpayment? GET RID OF THEM.You were given a "lastchance".
