How to get personal loan if you had already done settlement for credit cards. You have bad credit rating and few times personal loan application got rejected. Is there any BANK or any ORGANIZATION who can give personal loan which can be return in EMI with less interest rate?Please provide solutions which can be used in india.

No. You are a high risk so you will have to pay ahigh interest rate to anyone willing to lend you.Better to repair your credit before you apply fora new personal loan.Even better. Save for whateverit is that you want. And then buy it. It is thecheapest way.

You don't get a loan if you have bad credit. Youalready have shown a track record of screwing upand not paying people in the past. Most lendersdon't want to be the next sucker.Get a securedcredit card and charge small items and pay it offmonthly to get your score back up.
