It is called a "payday loan". No normal lenderwill give you a loan without checking your credit.No normal lender will ask you for an up front feeto process your loan either.

There is no commercial product on the market. Thatwould be ridiculous. Credit companies make moneyfrom lending money. They do carry out "creditchecks" - that stands for their own procedures forchecking applications.You can only ask friends tolend you money with no fees.
