I want to buy foreclosure house directly from bank or lender before they put the house on the market. How do I do this? anyone who knows please tell me. I would be very appreciate it.

Answer #3 Glenn is right. Banks are not in the business ofmarketing houses to the public, and almost all ofthem will place their homes with a real estateagency. If they have foreclosed and have not putthe house on the market, it is because they arewaiting for clear title or they are having atrash-out done.Why would it be important to you totry and deal directly with a bank?
