Reviews: I hate this branch. Ive been a B of A customer for a few years and never had any problems until my husband had been given a counterfiet bill by US Bank and tried to deposit it into our acct. I can totally understand procedures but the Assistant Manager at this branch is above and beyond rude disrespectful and very unhelpful. I have been told by several other B of A employees that the bank is informed if the bill is counterfeit or not and one of the tellers offered to make me a copy of the letter should they receive one and Monica the Asst. Mgr. not only states that they are not informed but she argues to the point that you have to hang up on her because you cant get a word in. In my opinion she seriously does not need to be in customer service as she completely lacks any human qualities. If it wasnt for the fact that I have other branches nearby I wouldve changed banks altogether.

Reviews: Met up with him at his office to explain my situation and seek representation and he accused me of trying to get over on the company that I was seeking legal resolution with. If youre for a consumer fraud lawyer DONT EVEN BOTHER with this guy. He doesnt take the time to listen and he draws his own conclusions and judgments... When I left his office I felt discourage and even felt like giving up on my legal battle.. I however did not and did my own research on the internet and actually resolve my problems and had an $8000 repossession auto loan DELETED from my credit.
