Reviews: My wife and I signed up for the USAir milage card back in June when we moved to Chattanooga. We found out 5 months later that we had not received any miles on our USAir account. Contacted this bank and we still dont know if they fixed the problem or we have been given the credit for miles from the months past. We are thinking about changing banks.

Reviews: I have been with BofA for several months now and have opened both personal and business accounts with them. When you walk into this branch expect friendly employees with smiling faces. There is also an employee on foot that assists you as soon as you walk in the door. This branch along with the Downtown branch is a great asset to the Chattanooga community.
