Reviews: If I were interested in getting a small loan for a short period of time this is where I would go. They are friendly and their prices cannot be beaten. Reviews: this is a complaint about your lack of customer service at this location from the BRANCH MGR!!!!!!!! ON march 17th st patricks day i attemted to cash a check written on YOURBANK something i have done at your hillcrest office without any problem but on this day your branch mgr FORGOT THAT THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT!!!!!!!!!! first i was referred to customer service because i do not have an account with your bank in hillcrest the clerk will try to sell me one. when i approached the cubicles one rep was on the phone and the other was working on the computer. because the waiting area was empty i asked the woman who later identified herself as THE BRANCH MANAGER if she could help me IAM BUSY PLEASE WAIT FOR THE NEXT REP was her reply without loooking up from her keyboard. i returned to the waiting area already regretting my choice. mins later i decided that this is not the way a nearly empty bank should behave and approached the BRANCH MANAGER again and was told you are very rude and iam thinking about not cashing your check at this point i knew i should not have picked this branch but i was stuck. when i was directed to the clerk THE BRANCH MANAGER accompained me to the window as if i was someone who needed to be watched.iam going to cash this one but I WILL NOT CASH ANOTHER was the response of the BRANCH MANAGER.you will not have to worry about that my response now throughly apalled by the LACK of customer service. i had hoped to simply to cash a valid check written on YOUR BANK not to test the limits of the BRANCH MANAGERS people skills. (or lack of same)at any thank you for your time and patience in this matter and be assured that i will not irepeat will not avail myself of your services in future.happy st. patricks day
