Reviews: Like the user below me stated the sales/service personal are professional as well as the dealership being clean and modern. As the user below me also said their mechanics/body shop personel are horrible. I owned my A4 exactly 10 days when I took it in to have the engine coil packs replaced under warranty recall there were no problems until I picked the car up. After they had finished servicing the car they washed it and in the process managed to scratch the car on just about every section possible (hood roof trunk rear panels) as well as leaving the inside of the vehicle dirty with grim and grease. I took the car back in the next day and they said they would take care of it no questions asked. The scratches were too deep to buff out so they had to paint it. 3 weeks later I finally picked my car up after being told it was ready and they had replaced the front armrest under warranty as I asked them to do. Went to pick it up armrest was not replaced and the paint job/clear coat looks like a 4th grader did it. By far one of the worse paint jobs Ive ever seen. I can see over spray all over the car the tape lines where they tried to do a half-a** job are easily visible and in the middle of the hood it looks like someone left a sander on it and over spray got on it leaving a huge circle on the hood. On the driver side front panel there are about 4 finger prints were someone clearly touched the paint or clear coating while it was still wet. I am calling them tomorrow to get this figured out. Overall I am highly dissatisfied with Crown Audis service and there lack of care for correcting their mistakes. Once I get this issue straightened out I will definitely not be returned to Crown in Clearwater for any servicing and instead going to the Tampa location.
