Reviews: This company is no good. The Auto loan tellers are very harrassing and wont stop they charge me money when i make payments and nickle and dime me for every cent. The fail to send bills and notices until after it due so they can collect a late payment fee and worse of all the have no remorse about charging a 19 year old almost double the agreed monthley payments of 225 a month. Wheres a college student supposed to scrounge an extra 225 a month.

Reviews: US Bank is overall a great chain of Banks in my opinion and thats why I choose to do business with them. However this location is a D at best. Its right next to The Ohio State University so a lot of their coustomers are college kids probably. However they are very rude and inconsiderate about most things. They seem like they are only there to collect a check and they want to be as least friendly as possible. All other US Bank locations I have been to are very nice however this one makes me want to end my business with US Bank.
