Reviews: I dont bank at this place but I have been doing business with them for about 10 years. I use to have to go there every week to make deposits for my work and still go there to deposit money in my friends account. My gripe is this: Some of their tellers are full on chatting Nancys - meaning they sit and bullshit with the customers beyond the point of obligation. I stood in line for 10 minutes and watched 2 tellers chat away while the other 3 were getting the customers in and outta there while still being polite. I mean REALLY?? Really?? I will also say this: A woman named Katie has been working there ever since Ive been going in there - she has a great smile always polite and she gets it done quick. No BS. The other tellers can learn a lot from her.

Reviews: Great customer service ! U went in to get some information about their checking and savings accounts. I dealt with the assistant bank manager hwo was awsome. She was very knowledgable and informative. She was very personabble and seemed to care about her customers. I opened 2 new accounts and was done in 15 minutes. I am happy I left Bank of America and if ttodays service is any indication I think I will be verry happy with US Bank.
