Reviews: This bank is the worst offender of banking regulations I have ever encountered and I am an ex-Bank of America employee! I opened a liquid CD with them a few months ago which allows withdrawal without a penalty. What they dont tell you is that they do not provide you with monthly statements so you dont know how much interest you are earning. Even when you go into the branch neither the teller nor anyone else in the branch can access your accoutn. They need to call another department to get any information on your own account. When I closed the account they could not provide me with ANY written statement showing the interest I had earned up until the day I closed the account. Then I was told I would receive a statement within a week with the interest and closing figures. I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY STATEMENT UNTIL I CALLED THEM AND DEMANDED THE STATEMENT. THIS IS FRAUDULENT PRACTICES OF THE HIGHEST OFFENSE. I am so upset and outraged at their lack of adherence to banking rules and regulations that I am filing a complaint with the Comptroller of the Currency Administrator of National Banks which I encourage anyone to go to if they have a problem with their bank. WE CANNOT ALLOW THESE BANKS TO DO WHATEVER THEY WANT WITHOUT ANSWERING TO THEIR CUSTOMERS AND TO BANK REGULATORS!!!
