Reviews: I agreed about the horrible customer service i got probably the worst customer service by a bank this branch is hidden away its located right behind the Kokorian Theater. I went to exchange foreigh currency the teller could not calculate and she got a book for authentic but she had the wrong book she wasted my 20 minutes till she figured out that she could not do the transaction I brought back 2580.00 pesos and i left with them because the manager on shift was at lunch and the duty supervisor was with a customer i could not take any more of waste of time i call the 1800 and that too was a waste of time no apologys just okay mamdam we wll document your complain well i thank god i do not bank at the worst branch. Bank of American should close the door and just get rid of the worst staff ever.

Reviews: If your not a customer and you go cash a check of theres they charge a fee. i cant believe they do that. In WAMU they dont charge non-customers to cash a WAMU check. Thats why I dont like B of A.
