Reviews: charged 220 dollars in overdraft fees which was not the case. they switch it around to make sure my debits went in before my deposits. very unorganised bank ive seen their tricks for a long time. being i have had a 37.00 charges before automatically i went from valued customer to hey you dont this before dont waste my time mentality from the manager. . manager at sunrise avenue in roseville. was rude and refunded only 70.00 . very untrustworthy bank. thanks for stealing a week of hardworking wages for your deposit switcharoo deposits overdraft scam.

Reviews: THE WORST BANKING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!!!!!!!!!!!! These people charge MANY invalid overdraft fees and pile them on top of you until you cant recover from it!!! like hundreds of dollars a month! Spoke with the branch manager about this SEVERAL times and she claimed as of March 2010 They were no longer allowed to to this.. well it is now MAY 2010 and low and behold my bank account is now $500 overdrawn again!!! THESE PEOPLE STEAL YOUR MONEY!

Reviews: Horrible ATMs... You could literally watch the entire saga of Roots before you can get a transaction done and if you want to make a deposit forget about it you have to go inside. Why you would downgrade your ATMs from fast good working ones to slow out of date ones is beyond me but they suck big time . Currently looking for a new bank...WAMU was cool Chase sucks.
