Reviews: I have been to this Pawn shop on several occasions and have been treated fairly every time. They are courteous and helpful yet not to the extent that you feel like they are blowing smoke up your ass. They are straight with you which perhaps can be misinterpreted as rude if your skin is super thin and/or you dont understand the industry. They dont just take in any old junk which is evident in their inventory. Quality in quality out. Need a loan or a good deal? Dont hesitate to stop in and see these guys.

Reviews: My daughter accidently made a cash deposit without the envelope. When we went into the branch to let them know what had happened MINUTES later they said there would be no problem - a note would be put on her account. When her statement arrived they had not corrected the problem. I contacted the bank (2nd time) and explained the situation again. Once again they told me they would look into it and correct the situation. She received a notice in the mail stating they had looked into the situation and could find no deposit envelope....DUH. I contacted them YET AGAIN.....to explain this once more and hit another brick wall full of empty promises by an employee who didnt really listen or care. They have yet to rectify the error. (But I STILL rate them higher than BofA!!)
