Reviews: watch out this company says they are a good bank because they give people a second chance, after they have had hard times. this is a lie. If you miss a payment and you try to pay them, they insist that you must pay on the same or very next day. Kimberly the rep. brow beats you verbally into submission. She will even acuse you of lying or making up a story and reminds you that they are only a lender and they have no feelings for the average joe. Reviews: The sales man was rude and obviously only worried about his commision which couldn't have possibly been all that much. My car was supposed to be brand new, but yet had 90 miles on it when I received it. The gas tank was half empty and the rear hatch back light came on and stayed on even thought the door was shut preventing me from suing the key fob. Every time I called I was transferred over and over again just for someone to take a message claiming they would call me back,which they never did. The receptionist didn't even know the phone number there. I took the car back to have the light fixed, they claimed they fixed it, but it came back on so I had to take it back for a 3rd time.
