Reviews: My wife took her 2010 CRV into Poway Honda because the Air Conditioning wasn???t working. Poway Honda is closer to where she works then Hoehn Honda where we bought the car. The minute she called for the appointment the service advisor Michael started saying it might not be covered. Surprise they told her that there was a ???two inch gash??? in the condenser and that the coolant and compressor oil was pouring out. The previous night I looked the car over closely to see if I could find anything wrong. There wasn???t any damage to the condenser or the grill. No compressor oil on the car or the driveway. She was told that the problem would not be covered by either her regular warranty or the extended warranty she purchased. The bill for the repair would be over $1000. My wife called her salesperson Claudia at Hoehn Honda and complained. After a phone call from Hoehn the repair was completely covered. Something smells now doesn???t it? I won???t even take the lawnmower to Poway Honda any longer. We will be doing business with Hoehn Honda. It will be worth the drive to Carlsbad.
