Reviews: The location and accessibility of this branch are poor. Getting in and out with traffic is a nightmare. Beyond that when I went in to close my account I was waiting for over 20 minutes. Finally a tired looking Ms. Hartsell came to her door after finishing with a customer and asked if she could help me. She didnt in that Southern Hospitality way that I keep hearing about apologize for my wait. I told her I needed to make a deposit and close an account. While she was able to handle the transactions that I requsted she was less than friendly about it. Also I really dont understand the idea behind my taking my time to go to a branch to close an account and if an old check that someone was holding or something comes to them it will re-open the account and I will be charged fees for overdraft when I clearly expressed my wishes for my account to be CLOSED. I dont know if Im just used to the friendly service Ive received at the Fuquay Varina branch or what but I felt upset when I left Bank of America Ramsy Stree Fayetteville NC. I will be sure to tell my friends and family that for local banking they can get much better service at the BB&T or local First Citizens bank.

Reviews: A customer gave us a check that bounced. To prevent chargeback we called each time prior to going to the branch to cash it. The bank said that WE must bring the check in--then theyll tell us if its good. With the cost of gas its terrible to have to drive 20 miles to check if a $10 check is good. It was written to a girl scout troop---the girls were charged by their bank then theyre saying we need to either go in or deposit it to their account to see if it goes through. Then THERE GOES the money
