Reviews: Having been a customer of First National Bank since moving to Fort Collins in 1994 it saddens me to write such a negative review. This bank used to have a local bank feel and a desire to be liked by its customers. Now through a sequence of mergers and policy changes the management is very much NOT interested in providing any semblance of courtesy and service to the customer. They regularly increase all service fees and penalties without justification. A larger bank will be able to provide far more services and products and First National Bank no longer provides the hometown service or feel to offset the small bank shortcomings.

Reviews: The associates at this bank are very friendly and seem to actually care about what is happening. Despite myself having money issues they have been very helpful and willing to assist me. A great group of people to work and deal with despite the bank policies having some unwanted issues such as higher fees. Questions are answered quickly and even the phone service is great. They have helped me to better understand my accounts and how each savings and checking can interact. Through these associates working at the Horsetooth bank I have better learned how to manage my money. Overall this is an amazing and welcoming place and I am glad to have associated with its people.

Reviews: this place is retarded. and not the bank as a whole but just this location. i live in a town nearby without a wamu so i have to make special weekend trips to make atm deposits. They LOCK their ATM when theyre closed. Fuckups.
