Reviews: On the afternoon of March !st 2006 I had to go to the bank to get change for my cash register. I own a store just around the block. When I arrived there were 3 tellers and 2 customers. Then there was 1 customer & 3 teller. I was told to wait a minute. They would be right with me. After waiting for 15 minutes. I got tired of waiting. As I was to walk out I told all of them that all I wanted to do was change a bill. The teller that had the customer took my hundred dollars and one of the other 2 tellers threw 5 20s on the counter. If this is what you call good customer service. The branch manager better send them back to customer service seminar 101. They failed the first time around. I KNOW THAT I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS BANK AGAIN AND WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW NOT TO USE IT EITHER!!!!!!

Reviews: I generally dont write review but after the experiences I had with this bank. I just had to let others know how bad their service is. They call themself Four Star service but when I asked to make a copy of my check. They charged me 50 cents for one copy while Wellsfargo doesnt even charge a penny and this just one simple example. Their service is awafully bad!!! if you are a Merchant dont bank with them go to another branch!

Reviews: Had an existing home mortgage with BOFA tried to refinance it to get an affordable mortgage rates but I guess the loan officers are only interested in getting big commissions they dont really care about the customers these big banks get the tax payers money and dont serve the customers it is all about profit. Anyway dont do business with Minah at this branch she will not even pick up your calls and dont even have courtesy to call and explain why loan was declined.

Reviews: I think this branch needs to really re-train their tellers. I went in their to deposit on my business account and they couldnt verify the business name etc. because my business establishment is not from Newark. I was very disappointed with their service there. I thought why wouldnt they want people to give them money? I never had any problems with any other branches. Will never stop by there again!
