Reviews: This bank has provided me with excellent service. They helped me through a difficult deposit error part that I could not find. The employee was patient kind and had a good sense of humor. He stayed on task pulling up copies of 50 checks or more. Once he determined it was a problem that I listed a check twice he smiled laughed and did not show any frustration for my oversight. I appreciated his attitude and the time spent.

Reviews: Poor customer service from the bank. I opened an account through Jeffrey but after opening the account he never answered my calls. I have called about 5 times so far everytime the receptionist tells me that she will pass my message to Jeffrey but guess what my calls are never returned. And online banking asks me to talk to the banking center. Very poor customer service. Stay away from this banking center!!!

Reviews: I bought a KIa with 7 miles on it i now have 96000 miles on it and the dealer tells me that im not the original owner so they dont have to honor the 100000 mile warranty. I took it in and they said i would have to pay for repairs that is covered under warranty. Who would but a vehicle put 7 miles on it then return it? Its just a scam so they dont have to honor the warranty.

Reviews: I canceled my Fidelity Warranty Services Contract on June 29 2010 as of Aug 16 2010 Gatorland Kia in Gainesville has still not sent in the paperwork to Fidelity. Thats 7 weeks Ive been waiting for the refund of $1400. If they send it in today Ill have to wait another 3 to 4 weeks for Fidelity to send them a check and then someone from Kia has to write a check and send it to my finance company. Im not happy with this dealership. I dont recommend buying from them. Theyre a disgrace to the KIA brand.
