Reviews: ACTUALLY... The only thing that changed when they became Capital One was the name... I still have my own banker taking care of business as usual. They are open long which is great so I can get in there after work too... keep up the great work guys!!

Reviews: Have had bad experience....Went to deposit another check and was told i would receive 100 in my account the next day and the rest on the 21st of april....When i left i checked my receipt and was missing close to 800 of my deposit...went back and she forgot to deposit one of the two checks i gave her....never received my 100 next day and never received the rest on the 21st...have tried reaching them via phone right when they open for at least 30mins and cant get a hold of anyone...no choice but to go up there now...So over all not a great experience with this back....last month i was charged 350 in OD in a two week period
