I went online and submitted my application. I recived my money that same day and was also able to finally pay off my landlord.

Reviews: Which complaint should I start with first. If you want to be ripped off by fees this is the bank for you. There dishonest crooked and very sneaky. A year ago my husbands card was stolen and charged $1300. He reported it to the bank and they reversed the charges. He never heard from them again regarding this matter. No letter phone calls or e-mails. After several problems with them he decided to close his account and find another bank. Upon doing so they were making it very difficult to close the account. They kept adding on charges and fees with no explanation as to what they were. He inquired several times and continued to get no where. He asked them if he could speak to the appeals department and was informed there wasnt one. Then to top it off the last person he spoke to informed him his old account. (the one that had been stolen) was $1300.00 overdrawn. He doesnt even have the account # anymore and they basically told him it was his fault someone stoled his card and took his money. To top it off they are going to send it to collections and he has no way to dispute it. We have really good credit and it is about to be attacked by a bank who has the worst customer service and only cares about there money. Your not a customer your a dollar sign. Stay away from this bank at all costs otherwise it will cost you.

Reviews: The employees are very dishonest. They recently lied to me by telling me that if I had one transaction on my US Bank Platinum credit card I would not be charged an annual fee. However I recently received my statement and I got a shock with the $39.00 annual fee charged on my account with numerous purchases made during the year. When I went back to the branch I was given the run around by rude and misleading employee named Leila. I will avoid this bank as much as I can and will take my fight to the US Bank headquarters in Downtown LA. I am very disspointed at US Bank and their dishonest employees at the Glendale Ca. branch.
