Reviews: I think that it is rediculous that when a business contacts your bank for available funds on a new business account of yours that you all you can tell them is that the account is closed or open. My company took a check on a new account for several thousand dollars and needed to verify avaible funds. When I called they wouldnt tell me anything other than if the account was open or closed. I deal with this everyday and Bank of America is the only bank that will not verify funds. I must say that I am glad I dont do business with you.

Reviews: When you walk into this bank its like you just met some old family and friends every one is so friendly .If you have any problem they will do their best to make sure when you leave that everything is taken care of. So far I have not had a problem with this bank that was not taken care before I walked out the door. I would recommend this bank to anyone.

Reviews: This is the WORST company I have ever done business with I maintaines insurance on the car but didnt provide my changed imformation fast enough for them so the repossesed the car witha really huge scene. The rolled up like the A team and blocked me in on all sides(really unprofessional). They caused me damages as a result of the breach of peace and we are currently in litigation. If I could do it all over again...I would stay as far away from this company as possible!!!

Reviews: This is undoubtedly the worst bank Ive ever had the misfortune to encounter. My husband and I opened a savings account there with a significant amount of money and came in a few months later to withdraw some money. We specifically told the teller we wanted a bank check so what did she do? She entered it into the computer as a cash withdrawal. When I corrected her she tried to cancel it out and start all over but she couldnt do it! She actually had to call over a supervisor. Now this was not a beginner - she apparently had been working at the bank for quite awhile. I used to work at a bank and believe me it doesnt take a genius to simply withdraw money and issue a cashiers check. After waiting several minutes the supervisor finally came over and I kid you not she couldnt get into the system! Yes she could not get into our account on the computer to rectify the problem. Not only was she incompetent but she was rude. No apology nothing. My husband and I were standing there for at least 10 minutes and still no apology for the wait no suggestion that we sit down in any of the chairs in the waiting area nothing. Plus my husband is a senior citizen so you would think the two incompetents would have been extra considerate. Not a chance. We finally took it upon ourselves to sit down. After at least 15 minutes the supervisor finally got into our account and issued us a check. Wow. What an accomplishment. A bank that actually knows how to issue a check. At that point we decided to close our entire savings account and have nothing more to do with this so-called bank. What a disgrace. However the nightmare was not over yet. We had opened a safe deposit box so we had to come back one last time to close it. Thinking this would be another routine thing we were wrong once again. The employee who took us into the safe took out the wrong application for us to sign and we almost closed someone elses account. She couldnt even get our name right. Another incompetent. Unreal. The same day we went back to our original bank Suntrust where we already had a few other accounts and opened a savings account there. It was an effortless easy transaction as it should be. The nightmare was over.
