Reviews: NEVER open an account with bank of america. they have the worst customer service. i HAD two accounts and they wanted to charge me $25 per month to be able to transfer funds from one to the other. they told me i had free checks and then charged me $82 for them and refused to refund me. its IMPOSSIBLE to talk to a human if you call them on the phone unless youre prepared to wait an hour and you can get through the incredibly thick accents.
