Reviews: This place had Western Union inside. That is why I had to go in there. Inside loads of thug types hanging out loud rap music station playing on the loudspeakers. The music was SO loud I couldnt even concentrate on what I was doing! The counter persons were young and appeared to not care about anything other than chatting. The copy of my identification was stuffed into a box with the information showing out to anyone at the window. I had to ASK her to move it so my personal information was not showing. Very unprofessional place considering they handle large amounts of cash!

Reviews: BofA has a very nice on-line feature that would be very helpful for tax records gathering but the moronic decision-makers at BofA headquarters have determined to cut off Jan and Feb 2009 check viewing. The nice smart folks at the branch are undermined by top level executives at HQ who are morons.

Reviews: I dont know if their branches are excellent or not. Yet I am sick of their VISA card policies. Never apply their credit card nor do balance transfers with their offer. They will make money out of you with their hidden balance transfer charges and special payment posting policy. I got hit by them so badly. Ended up after using their credit card for a month and in order to stop them making more money out of me I have to stop using their card. I have excellent credit and paid them off every single statement. However I learned a painful lesson from doing balance transfer business with them. Dont let their small benefit blind you! They will get you back big time. Not worth to have any accounts with them. I am boycotting them. Check out all the online complaint websites to read how bad a company WAMU is.

Reviews: I love my bank everybody there are respectful patient courteous always smilingand friendly they get you in and out fast no matter how long the line is. The manager is also helpful he just dont sit behind the desk he is right out there with his employees. I dont know about the other B of A I know mine on hesperian in Hayward is GREAT I highly commend you all... Pauline Stone
