Reviews: You may want to consider other options. They recently took over Palo Alto credit union and I had no choice to become a customer. I have outstanding credit and a perfect record including 2 savings a checking and a HELOC - all current and in perfect standing. I inquired about a credit card and they lied about my credit score to stick me with a higher interest rate. It was an intro of 6.99% that turned to 9.99% (which turns to 13.45% after 6 months). I guess they thought I didnt closely monitor my credit and scores. NOT A GOOD START with a newer (consumed) customer. Once that HELOC is paid off Im finding a more honest credit union. I will miss PACU.

Reviews: Bank of America abuses of their power over small businesses Bank of America closed all my business accounts w/out an explanation. I was never informed of any wrong doing never committed fraud of any type & I have perfect credit. There is NO explanation! Yet Bank of America kept my $64000.00 Bank of America refuses to release my cash until 1 full year has passed from the date they closed my accounts. Go To Any Other Bank!!!

Reviews: I recently became a member of this bank. I use to bank with WAMU and left them to join US Bank. The bankers at this branch a wonderful. They provided me with exceptional customer service. I would highly recommend this branch to all of my family and friends. They provided me with free checking account a free savings account and on top of that I got $75 in free Safeway groceries because I joined them during one of their promotions! I am thinking about refinancing my home with them because they have some untouchable rates! The bankers are very knowledgeable and they are always willing to help me
