Reviews: This institution has absolutely no idea what customer service means. They consistantly put extended holds on checks and try to blame the institution that the check was written from. They actually held my IRS return for 3 days saying that they had to make sure it cleared. When I asked why these holds were continuing and they simply shrug their shoulders and say thats the way it is. They are generally slow in every transaction from straight deposits to getting cash out. I actually watched a dirve through teller make a customer back up and go to a different lane because the one he was in was designated for ATMs. She could have very easily helped him since he was in the lane that had direct access to the building and then mentioned that he needed to use the non atm lanes the next time. Needless to say I am moving my money to an institution that is concerned with helping their customers. In a word US Bank is Obtuse.

Reviews: Umm I normally dont do this but Ive always had a good experience in this WAMU and the customer service on a local level has always been very helpful. National banks do suck but the people in each bank still live here and have families locally and the guys at this WAMU even act like they enjoy their job. Anyone can have a bad day sorry that the other post had one!

Reviews: What a nightmare this whole experience has been. I brought a lot of cash with me to get through the winter months. I opted for this bank because it was close to where I shopped. The guy who opened my acct made SEVERAL errors beginning with the one where he didnt explain that my money was going to be held even though it was a bank money order that opened my acct. I rented a safe deposit box and SIGNED A FORM requesting that the fee be taken out of my checking account. I received a past due notice charging me $5 late fee from the main bank. I asked for an ATM card to be tied to both cking and savings. It was only tied to cking and I found that out when I tried to access my savings account the first time. He assigned my husband and my pins for the ATM cards. Neither were correctly pinned and my first attempt to use the card was denied. I have called to speak to the branch mgr twice who refuses to call me back because he knows Im upset. THIS IS CUSTOMER SERVICE????!!!!!

Reviews: The bank enjoys waiting to charge a service fee when your account balance gets low or dont have enough money to cover it but when you have enough in there it takes for ever to clear. Have of my income is to pay for that.

Reviews: I am have been attempting to speak with a loan officer for over a week. I do not have time to go to this branch in person so I have been calling. I estimate I have called this branch close to 100 times because they do not typically answer their phone. I have to call over and over until someone finally pics up the phone. On Monday I was told that there were no loan officers in and that someone would call me on Tuesday. Tuesday came and went no call. On Wednessday I called and was told that Tuesday had been the loan officer Annas day off and that she was with a client but that he would have her call me back as soon as she was done. Wednessday came and went no call. Thursday came and went with no call. I am currently calling and it is Friday. No one is answering the phone.... If I had not been a Bank of America customer for 20 years I would seriously consider changing banks.
