Reviews: Great customer service ! U went in to get some information about their checking and savings accounts. I dealt with the assistant bank manager hwo was awsome. She was very knowledgable and informative. She was very personabble and seemed to care about her customers. I opened 2 new accounts and was done in 15 minutes. I am happy I left Bank of America and if ttodays service is any indication I think I will be verry happy with US Bank.

Reviews: They dont know what theyre doing. Never once not even an hour late on the payments in 3 years. They call before the payment is even due demanding payment! They treat me as though Im an unreliable person whats that about? Tried to explain that my name was not included on the loan though I was told it would be and they werent willing to work the situation out. Their service sucks! I hope no one uses them for a loan EVER! Save yourself the headache and keep looking. And yes they change their numbers constantly who does business like that?

Reviews: I bought my first car several years ago after landing up with bad credit thru my divorce these people did indeed take a chance on me. they made my payments affordable where I was able to trade in 2 years later and buy a really nice new truck. they have been great to work with and have treated me with much respect and helped me start repairing my credit situation. They are a lender so if you buy something on payments should be made. I totally understand that I may pay a higher interest rate (my second car is less than the first) with bad credit you really do not have a lot of options. So in a nut shell I really have tho thank them for taking that chance when no one else would...
