Reviews: DO NOT USE THEM! I got an auto loan through them and it has been a nightmare! Just finalizing the loan was an issue and they didnt seem like they really knew what they were doing. I was told all of the paperwork was complete and then later I had to go into a branch to get my membership finalized. I was charged for the wrong city tax and they still have not corrected my balance for over 5 months. I never received a payment booklet from them (even though I asked for one) they increased my payment amount without telling me and are now reporting it to my credit bureau. I am extremely frustrated and would have been better off never dealing with them. Go with another bank/credit union else or pay the price.
