Reviews: This East Lancaster branch has the best staff. I drive from the west side of town (yes there are closer branches to me) They are all very attentive to my needs as a customer. Two particular people Vergine and Barbara have been there several years and I look for them because of their ready smiles and professional business acumen. Branch manager Omara assistants Uziel and Karen and all the staff always greet me with a happy-you-came-in-today attitude. I just thought you should know and that they be recognized. There arent any banks from my experience that even come close to what I have experienced here.

Reviews: Took a paycheck in that was rejected-- drawn on a B of A account! not only is is embarrassing enough to be told that they cant even honor their own check but also refused to provide documentation that they could not honor the check. It took calling the Sheriff to get the manager to provide me with a check non-payment notification form. If it is corporate policy to deny a patrons right to documentation of a rejected check they should be investigated thoroughly for fraud as this is very deceptive and shady practice.
