Reviews: This bank truly thinks of there customers as only NUMBERS!!! First they NEVER answer their phone and they promise you a WHOLE lot when you are opening a new account once you are in they cant even remember your name!!! Run from this bank there motor bank is as awful as the so called customer service they have in the lobby!!! Also take it from me even there ATM sucks!!! It takes forever too!!! Think twice before you open an account with them!!! Try Texas Community Bank they are a small bank but they have EXCELLENT customer service. Also you can try First Natl on Mcpherson they are good too!!
