Reviews: BOA stinks !! Initially the service was wonderful. But when I ran into problems they were unable to correct them after numerous attempts....I had to watch them (online) constantly one communication failure arter another ...this bank is nothing but one more corporate nightmare. Im going to a local bank (Delta Trust) where I know I can rely on the service.

Chris gives excellent customer service and always makes our small business feel like we are thier most important customer. This is a wonderful branch lead by wonderful people.
