Reviews: John The manager was really great in helping my family with overdraft fees and negative fees . My husband Lost his job and we had no incoming coming in. Are bank account went into negative because of a charge to redbox which was 3 months back(go firgure they forgotten to charge us) He was very kind to help us out with some of the fee!!

Reviews: Worst banking I have ever heard of. I am not angry over a one time thing but for over two years now I have had this bank yell at me and tell me that I was stuiped for depositing a check in the night deposit at night. At times have some ego starving branch manger explain to me how he was doing me a favor for giving me my money back (after they had taken more out than I had charged). I am writing this reveiw while I am searching for another bank. Please take my advise and do the same. I fell that I need explain that I have never been to branch but all of my comments are dealing with the St. Matthews branch on lexington road. AWFUL!!!
