Reviews: Bank of America in general I had my account there for maybe 2 weeksI deposit a check for work after hours at atmsaid it was eccepted.Tried to withdraw some to pay helper.Wouldnt let me.Next morning could. That night couldnt.Frozen accountlike they knew me so well in 2 weeks.Was on hold trying to get my account unfrozen for over an hour.Finally was able to talk to a person who was very rude and who hung up on me.

Reviews: Today 10-09-09 I had occasion to go into a BOA to conduct business. I have my mortage as well as credit card and checking account with BOA so I usually conduct transactions away from a branch. I went to the Sun Lakes Az. branch located on Riggs Rd. I was directed to one of your tellers a woman named SueAnn. My transaction was of a minor nature and could even be consider a nuisnce. The effort patience and courtesy shown to me by SueAnn was more than commendable and was definitely appreciated. When I left the branch I felt very happy the BOA was my bank. Frank Connelly
