Reviews: Had a check over $1000 held for 14 DAYS under standard checking proceedure. Really bad customer service at the local branch couldnt even deal with them so I had to call the hotline or whatever. Called them asked what was going on they said I could still spend as usually and they would remove ALL fees since the money was there it was just on hold. Stupid on my part; I used some of the money called them back about the fees and they said it was for overdraft only not returned fees. I dont trust anything they say and will be shutting my bank account.

Reviews: I have had an account with this bank since 2006. The only good thing that I can say is that it is possible to easily get an account at this bank without a major credit investigation. This ishowever the worst bank I have ever dealt with. Their ATM machines are too frequently on the blink give wrong totals and do not print so that they can even be understood. I believe that my funds are not being properly handled and unauthorized transactions routinely take place removing sums of money. When I have complained to bank officials I have been totally ignored. I have now decided to contact Tennessee bank regulators and make a complaint about this. I have put almost $35000 in my account since January 2007 have demanded an audit of my account but still cannot get straight answers and no audit. Maybe a regulatory complaint will get some answers and compliance that I can seem to obtain otherwise.
