Reviews: MY MOTHER CONVINCED ME TO BANK WITH OU FEDERAL CREDIT UNION WHEN I GOT HIRED ON AT OU. I HAD ALWAYS BANKED AT FIRST FIDELITY AND LOVED THEM. HOWEVER MY PURSE GOT STOLEN ONE NIGHT AND I HAD TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT THERE. FROM THE DAY I BEGAN BANKING WITH OUFCU I HAVE HAD PROBLEMS. I WAS CHARGED A NON-RETURN FEE OF $30 AND THEN A NSF OF $25 AND I COMPLAINED ABOUT IT AND THEY FORWARDED THE E-MAIL TO MY MOTHER KEEP IN MIND I AM A 21 YEAR OLD ADULT THAT LIVES ON MY OWN. OK. THEN I TOLD THEM I WANTED TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT AND THEY SAID I HAD TO DO IT IN PERSON SO A FEW DAYS LATER I GO TO THE ATM AND MY CARD DOESNT WORK COME TO FIND OUT THEY FROZE MY ACCOUNT BECAUSE I SAID I WISHED TO CLOSE IT EVEN THOUGH I HADNT GONE IN TO SO YET. I GUESS THEY WOULD HAVE JUST KEEP ALL MY MONEY. NOW IT IS FEB. I STARTED IN MAY AND I JUST GOT CHARGED ANOTHER $50 BECAUSE I DIDNT TRANSFER MY MONEY FROM SAVINGS TO CHECKING EVEN THOUGHT I WAS TOLD WITH THE FIRST COMPLAINT THAT IT WASNT NECESSARY TO TRANSFER MONEY FROM SAVINGS TO CHECKING BECAUSE IF I WROTE A CHECK THEY WOULD JUST PULL IT FROM MY SAVINGS. OVER THE COURSE OF 9 MONTHS I HAVE PAID THEM $160 IN NFS FEES AND NON RETURN FEES. GO TO OUFCU THEYLL BE THERE FOR YOU!

Reviews: I was desperate for a car and visited their lot. The salesman who helped me (I think his name was Brett) was really really nice. He lead me to the cars that were in my pricerange and gave me the lowdown. He was great how he offered to work with me to get the car in my price range.

Reviews: I was enticed there by an online auto loan company. I stopped in to check out a vehicle and they told me it was one price but when they pulled it up online it was a much lower price. If I had not seen the price online they would have ripped me off by $3000!!! They wanted my down payment check before they even ran my credit and told me the terms and amount of my payment. NOT!! I went home and looked online at their website and they jacked the price up because they were mad I wasnt stupid enough to leave them a check for something I didnt even know if I would get it! And there is NO warranty AND they put a box on it to shut down the vehicle if you are late on your payment!! RIP OFF PEOPLE!!!
