Reviews: I hate this bank. Poor customer service. I feel like the more money you have in their bank the more respect you get from them. But if you dont have enough money... they treat you so small. I was here last week and I withdraw money and I open an account for my son. The teller treated me in a professional way .... But the last time I was there You guys made me feel so small. A lot of people are going through financial difficulties and even a small remarks can be an insult. The teller that I was referring to is the fat Filipino guy! He was very unprofessional and unpleasant.

Reviews: I went to 3 stores in San Francisco that buy jewelry with some items I inherited that I didnt want. Of the 3 stores Provident was the only one that really took a careful look at what I had and offered me a fair price for it. Its a pawn shop and I didnt really know what to expect. I was delighted to find the staff was friendly the owner explained to me in language I understood why some of my items were valuable and others were not. The other stores acted as if they were doing me a favor by allowing me to sell them my stuff. The folks at Provident were completely customer service focused and my experience was 100% positive. I would recomend Provident Loans to anyone and I would be happy to do business with them again. In fact I expect to be there this Christmas looking for a gift for my wife. 5 Stars for sure!

Reviews: I dont know if their branches are excellent or not. Yet I am sick of their VISA card policies. Never apply their credit card nor do balance transfers with their offer. They will make money out of you with their hidden balance transfer charges and special payment posting policy. I got hit by them so badly. Ended up after using their credit card for a month and in order to stop them making more money out of me I have to stop using their card. I have excellent credit and paid them off every single statement. However I learned a painful lesson from doing balance transfer business with them. Dont let their small benefit blind you! They will get you back big time. Not worth to have any accounts with them. I am boycotting them. Check out all the online complaint websites to read how bad a company WAMU is.
