Reviews: I agree this company is a bunch of crooks. They filed a judgement against me in 2004 for a repo which Im sure they wrote off as a loss in 2004. Then this year 2010 tried to garnish my wages for 5000! The original judgement was only 2500 the max allowed. I settled with them but the garnishment still showed up on my paystubs. This is something I have to now explain now for the rest of my life. After I stopped the garnishments by filing an exemption with the sheriffs office I paid the judgement in full and they did not send a copy to the court to have the case completely closed. I had to call them about it. If I would have never called them or the court to find out the case was not closed my case would still be open today. I paid them and they did not hold up to their part of the agreement. The whold point is the got whatever money they were gonna get formthe loss in 2004 and still came after me and my livelihood for a 1500 car that never ran good!! Ridiculous. I am so glad I am through with the whole thing and them!!! do not go into any contracts with this company they will try to ruin your life over less than $ 2000. I would give 0 stars but 1 stars makes the point.
