Reviews: Poor customer service that is if you can get past the automated system. I had an issue that could not be resolved on the phone so I went into my local branch. Basically they put a hold on a check I deposited that wouldnt clear for 2 weeks. I spoke with my client whom wrote the check and he said it already cleared his bank and the money was taken from his account. I spoke with the asst. manager and the manager (Angela D. Bobki and Karen Neathery of Clairborne branch in Olathe) Instead of telling me well take care of it or at least try to help they just backed each other up saying federal law says we can hold it up to 90 days they wouldnt check to verify what I said about the money clearing and to top it off Qefsere Sara Rugova was behind me listening and chuckling. I have been a customer for 15 years that little incident just lost them a customer and Im telling all of my friends not to bank with them.

Reviews: This is the worst company to do business with. Every aspect of it is terrible. Horrible customer service at all the branches. terrible mortgage service. I am transferred many many times over the course of an hour for a simple issue. Then the phone disconnects! You call back and have to start from the begining. I have since cancelled all of my bank acounts transferred my home loan and gotten rid of my 2 BOA credit cards but now its tax time and all the mortgage info is incorrect. This is the most disorganized company and I will not be shocked when they go under. Save your time money and patience and never do business with this company.

Reviews: Worst banking experience ever. Truly unbelievable. The branch used to be a World Savings and they were great. The people in this branch need to all be fired so some people ho want a job have a place to work. Im heading down right now to close all my accounts.
