Reviews: If you dont speak English and have a load of time to waste in long lines...this is the bank for you! Ive had accounts open for six months. In that time Ive had to call customer service probably at least seven times. This last time I went into the branch for an issue relating to a deposit that did not credit to my account. I was told it would work itself out so when it didnt and I went back all I got was the deer in the headlights look. This was followed by the greeter employee sticking me in an office by myself calling the 800-number for me to talk to customer service to try to fix the branchs screw up! Hey thanks for the help! USELESS. Will definitely take my money elsewhere that is if they actually find it in the allotted 45 days!

Reviews: I was so happy to find this Bank of America and so pleased at how they took extra care to make their building blend in with our beautiful community here in San Dimas. I was also surprised to find so much small town charm from a large bank. The manager and all of the bank tellers were delightful and very helpful! I wish they had 1 more ATM but other than that I cant think of a single bad thing to say!

Reviews: I tried to cash a JP Morgan Chase check made to me by LG Appliance and the lady helping me said there is a $6.00 dollar charge to process it. I told her how come Wells Fargo doesnt do that and she said they do. I told her they dont cause I recently cashed one in a few weeks back. She proceeded to process the checks and next thing I know she stamped an endorsement cancelled at the back of the check. She said I have to see the people who made the checks which is ridiculous since their corporate office is in New Jersey and I am in California. Dont ever sign up for this bank. Customer Service is really bad.
