Reviews: they are a horrible company i just paid of $16000 on my $5000 car from them they called and hassled me before my payment was even do then they decide to take money out of my account without approval and caused me to go negative. you will get a new account manager it seems like every week and hope its not Mike hes a dick. but if you get Adam hes a damn good guy he helped me a lot only if they were all like him. but any way they screw you any way they canbut on the bright side they improved my credit a lot. but over all STAY AWAY FROM JD BYRIDER!!!!!

Reviews: This is the worst company to do business with. Every aspect of it is terrible. Horrible customer service at all the branches. terrible mortgage service. I am transferred many many times over the course of an hour for a simple issue. Then the phone disconnects! You call back and have to start from the begining. I have since cancelled all of my bank acounts transferred my home loan and gotten rid of my 2 BOA credit cards but now its tax time and all the mortgage info is incorrect. This is the most disorganized company and I will not be shocked when they go under. Save your time money and patience and never do business with this company.
